The owner of Villa Mayfair, a magnificent 20th century mansion in Barcelona, was seeking a partner to bring a touch of technology and sustainability to this unique space, which has been given a new lease of life as a creative centre and showroom.

Villa Mayfair is a property with an area of over 600 square metres distributed between a garden and 3 floors. Here, smart technology makes it possible to centralise, manage and adapt the lighting, temperature, natural ventilation, etc. in all spaces from a single location, depending on whether they are occupied or empty. It all works by means of smart sensors and cameras, as well as alarms that increase the security of all rooms.
