Monitor energy, comfort, and water. Simplify your LEED certification.
A single smart solution that collects the data required by LEED.
No building work or project interruptions.
To obtain LEED certification, you need to demonstrate with data how
energy, water and indoor environmental quality are managed in your space.
Here’s how it works:
We measure what matters
Electricity consumption, water, temperature, humidity and CO₂, in real time and from smart sensors.
We organise the data
Everything is classified, traceable, and accessible from Assets Manager, our professional management platform.
Ready to deliver
We prepare reports as required by the technical team. No hassle, no delays.
Our technology helps you earn points in several LEED categories:
EA
Energy and atmosphere
We measure electricity consumption in real time and facilitate thermal control using the systems you already have. No BMS or construction work required.
IEQ
Indoor environmental quality
We monitor temperature, humidity, and CO₂ to ensure indoor comfort
with clear, ready-to-justify data.
WE
Water efficiency
We record water consumption and detect potential leaks to help you optimise every drop.
IN
Innovation
We connect all devices from a smart solution that is ready to install, without any construction work, and you manage everything from a single platform.
Our technology can be installed without altering the design of your space.
Whether you are planning, constructing, or managing a building in use, we can help you obtain certification without affecting the pace of your project.
What is LEED certification?
It is one of the most widely recognised sustainability certifications worldwide. It assesses how a building is designed, constructed and managed to make it more efficient, healthy and environmentally responsible.
What is required to obtain certification?
LEED is based on a series of categories, such as energy, water, indoor comfort, and innovation. Each category awards points. The more points you accumulate, the higher the level of certification. To achieve this, it is essential to be able to accurately measure what is happening in the building and demonstrate this with reliable data.
What level of certification can I achieve with your technology?
LEED scores according to the number of criteria that are met. We do not guarantee a specific level, but we help you cover several technical categories that add up to real points. The final result will depend on the project as a whole and how it is planned from the outset.
What types of buildings are eligible for LEED?
LEED is mainly applied to offices, hotels, educational centres, corporate spaces and public buildings. It can be used for both new buildings and existing buildings. If your project aims to stand out for its sustainability, LEED could be a good option.
