Manage energy, access and services from a single
platform with our smart technology. A smart hotel that
consumes less and offers more.

Without carrying out any construction work, we digitised access to the 280 rooms at Tembo Barcelona. Now, guests can check in and enter their rooms using only the App.
Can I start with just one part of the hotel, or do I have to implement it all from the beginning?
Of course! We can implement the smart hotel solution in phases, starting with a pilot floor or a group of rooms. Our smart technology is wireless, scalable and requires no construction work, so you can expand without affecting daily operations.
What advantages does Alfred Smart have over other home automation solutions I have already tried?
Unlike other standalone solutions, here everything is connected on a single platform designed exclusively for your smart hotel management: you control access, climate, lighting and reservations, and obtain real data to optimise efficiency and your guests’ experience. What’s more, it integrates with your current PMS or BMS.
What happens if our guest does not download the app? Can they still enter the room?
Yes. Although the hotel app provides a complete digital experience, you can activate alternative access methods such as PIN codes or physical cards if you need to. Also, your guests can use the WebApp, which has the same features as the app but does not require installation.
How does your solution actually help me obtain certifications such as BREEAM or LEED?
Our technology monitors and automates all the key parameters that influence sustainable certifications for hotels: energy consumption, thermal comfort, natural light, air quality and water consumption. In addition, we provide you with reports containing evidence that is ready for audits.
How much energy can I expect to save with this solution?
It depends on the type of building, but in similar hotels, intelligent automation has reduced air conditioning by up to 60% and lighting by 40%. And since everything is monitored from day one, you can measure the impact from the first month.
