At the same time, we advocate “zero tolerance” towards corruption and fraud, and, in order to prevent it in our environment, we create a climate of transparency and respect for legality and the rules of conduct established in our Code of Ethics.
As part of this commitment, we have created this Whistleblower Channel, open to all, which aims to become a tool for reporting (anonymously and confidentially) possible conducts, within the labor activity, that violate the law or our internal regulations.
In this Whistleblower Channel, the confidentiality of the identity of the person who gives us information and of third parties mentioned is legally guaranteed at all times, as well as the protection of the informant during each and every one of the investigation procedures that may be carried out in each specific case.
Who can write in this Whistleblower Channel?
At Alfred Smart, this Whistleblower Channel is available to all our employees (either current or who have worked at the company, but no longer), interns, job candidates, suppliers, customers, shareholders and anyone who has an employment relationship (e.g. agent, contractor or subcontractor) with Alfred Smart, as a company of the Amper Group.
What kind of information can be sent?
Any type of situation or indication that may be considered a legal violation, that does not comply with current law, that does not conform to our Code of Ethics or to Alfred Smart’s internal regulations can (and should) be reported through the Whistleblower Channel.
How to share/report something that has happened?
To report, in absolute confidentiality, something that is happening and that can violate the rules, just click on the “Report” box. With the description of the possible irregularity shared, we will assign a number of reference, which confirms that it is received and in process.
In addition, the reporting person will receive a tracking code so that he/she can find out the status of the report and, if necessary, add further information or details.
Your rights To ensure the peace of mind and security of all communications, all persons using the Alfred Smart Whistleblower Channel have the right to:
– Confidentiality of communications
– That your identity is not disclosed
– Communications are made anonymously.
– Presumption of innocence, right of defense and right of access to the file
– Receive confirmation that your communication has been received and be informed of the decision taken on whether or not to initiate the investigation.
– Receive information on data protection
– To be informed about protection and support measures as a whistleblower.
– To be informed of the processing of the file.
– To be informed of other external information systems.
